Important Information

Special Handling Fees: If a pet behaves in a way that causes danger or undue strain on grooming staff, this can incur a special handling fee. These behaviors could include but are not limited to: Biting, Scratching, Aggression, Incontinence, Multiple Bowel Movements, or the Inability to Stand or Walk. Dematting Fees: We charge $1 per minute for dematting services. The time required varies depending on the severity and extent of the matting. Please note: Not all dogs can be safely dematted. In cases of severe matting, we may recommend shaving the coat down short (either entirely, or spot shaving) to prevent unnecessary pain or stress. Dematting can be uncomfortable or painful. Mats pull on the skin, which can cause irritation or even hide pre-existing skin conditions or injuries. We will always assess your pet’s coat and discuss options with you before proceeding.
